The term “baby alpaca" refers to the grading of the fineness of the fiber. One of its great benefits is that alpaca doesn't absorb smells or stains. Merino wool is a natural fiber that’s thinner and softer than regular wool — making it easy to wear next to the skin. Polyamide fiber, commonly known as nylon, makes the yarn strong, durable, lightweight, and elastic.
